Background
Dr. Nicola Shelton studied a double-degree of Osteopathy at Victoria University in Melbourne, where she grew up.

Nicola was steered towards Osteopathy through her own sporting experiences, having trained and competed in gymnastics for 9 years. She undertook injury prevention and rehabilitation programs and worked with physiotherapists during that time. It was during her gymnastics career that Nicola discovered her passion for the study and treatment of the human body.

During the completion of her studies, Nicola gained 6 years of experience with remedial and sports massage working with local sporting clubs.
