Holistic Bodyworks is an established Osteopathic practice that combines the use of Osteopathy and clinical Pilates for the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of injuries.

We specialise in the treatment of back/neck pain, headaches/migraines, sports injuries, arthritis/joint pain, muscular strains and postural problems.

Manual techniques are used to encourage the body to heal itself. These include soft tissue massage, stretching, joint articulation, manipulation and muscle energy technique.

We encourage you to take responsibility for you own long term health and well being.

Osteopaths are government registered primary healthcare practitioners. You don't need a GP referral, and instant health insurance claims are available through HICAPS.
